I decided to fix the foggy window in my bathroom today; the constant condensation between the panes was driving me crazy. After drilling a small hole at the top and bottom, I used a hair dryer to warm the air inside and pushed out the moisture with a gentle stream of air. It's not a permanent solution, but the glass is clear again and the moldy smell is gone, at least for now.
