<p>포털 카카오(Kakao)와 다음의 언론사 제휴를 심사하는 포털 뉴스제휴평가위원회가 12월5월 소액 결제 현금화 등 관련 기사를 다수 적은 언론사들을 퇴출하였다. 하지만 직후에도 몇몇 언론을 중심으로 이와 같이 기사가 보여졌다 사라지는 일이 반복되고 있는 상태이다.</p>

<p>작년 금감원은 소액결제 현금화 등 불법금융홍보를 방송통신심의위원회에 요청해 사이트 폐쇄와 게시글 삭제, 계정 중지 등을 결정했지만 ‘언론 보도에는 대응하지 않았다. 금감원 직원은 “언론의 보도는 광고로 규정할 수는 없어 보여서 판단관리하기 힘든 면이 있다”고 하였다.</p>

<p>모바일 소액결제는 당월 이용한 결제 돈이 핸드폰 요금으로 빠져나가는 구조다. 결제월과 취소월이 같은 경우 스마트폰 요금에서 미청구되고 승인 취소가 가능하다. 그러나 결제월과 취소월이 다를 경우에는 핸드폰 요금에서 이미 출금됐기 때문에 승인 취소가 불가하다.</p>
